Give your household items another chance at Coquitlam’s Repair Cafe on October 10, 2026, at Maillardville Community Centre. This free local event brings residents together to repair, reuse, and share practical skills instead of sending useful items to the landfill.
Bring broken household items such as lamps, computers, toasters, bikes, or clothing. Volunteer repairers will help troubleshoot problems and demonstrate hands-on techniques, making the event a great opportunity to learn something new while extending the life of everyday belongings.
For local homeowners and neighbours alike, events like this help build a more connected, resourceful community. They also support waste reduction and encourage thoughtful, sustainable choices at home—one repair at a time.
